We build, service, man and maintain your outsourced development center to suit your specific needs.

The concept behind DDC is to complement your business objective, acting as an extension of your organization. Once your business goal is reached, this outsourced facilities management can then be utilized on an as-needed basis. The business functions that are managed by us are as follows:

1. Peripheral Functions, which provide no competitive advantage and are not essential to the core business. Examples of Peripheral Functions include reprographics and janitorial.

2. Support Functions, which are essential, but not core business activities. A failure to provide Support Functions could provide serious damage to the business. An example of a Support Function is facility security.

3. Strategic Functions, which provide an actual or potential source of competitive advantage. Your Engineering managers shall be in complete control for the delivery of strategic functions. An example of a strategic function is product technical support function.

4. Core Functions, which directly impact your bottom line. These functions shall be in direct control of your product managers and reviewed periodically by your CTO and/or management team. Your managers shall supervise the design, development, and maintenance activities, either from your office abroad or from within DDC. An example of core function is the actual product development itself.

More importantly we ensure confidentiality and non-disclosure of your Intellectual Property. All obligations undertaken respecting confidential information mentioned in the contract shall be strictly adhered to
