CSSTL has informed BSE that Mr. C Sri Ramachandra
Murthy, a Director of the Company has resigned
from his office of the Directorship of the Company
with effect from April 26, 2006. The vacancy caused
in the Board and Audit Committee of the Company
due to his resignation shall be filled in the
ensuing meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Company. |
