Today's organizations are looking beyond the traditional advantages scanning and imaging had offered about savings in storage and basic retrieval. CSSTL's scanning and imaging service constantly embraces the new technology trends in scanning, imaging, and OCR/ICR data recognition and even helps solve the customer business problems.

Customers are increasingly looking beyond simple digital image storage options available earlier, to capture information from various documents, synchronize it with the business workflow processes, validate it, and integrate with the back end application systems at transaction level where ever necessary. Our service helps customer to have a "input to process" rather than a 'input to archive" kind of solution.

DocKM, our document and knowledge management solution affords organizations with offices across multiple physical locations the freedom they have a need for - to freely share information. Paper forms are scanned locally, images are transmitted securely to company servers, electronically faxed to central server, and then the images are send to an outsourced indexing and data capture service bureau, the data is captured by key-entry/OCR/ICR or a combination of these, and then to a verification and validation bureau, if not the same one, and finally the data is released to the back end databases. The meta data captured in the process helps in indexing the scanned documents, and the data stored in databases helps in further processing.

Our solution offers the freedom to organizations to select the optimum means to distribute the workflow, and eventually save money in a big way.
